San Jose

San Jose receiving office, on the Ulam Goldfield,11 km west of Raglan. It opened in about November 1893 and closed in August 1902. The receiving office keeper in 1893 was James McKean of the Old National Hotel; 1896 Charles Linde of the Old National Hotel and 1897 Mrs. Julia Tynan
